The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Marasi Mwencha is the Head of Supply Chain at the Global Fund. As an accomplished supply chain leader, Marasi has a proven track record transforming global supply chains through thought leadership, application of cutting-edge practices and leveraging of smart partnerships. Marasi joins the People that Deliver Board with 18-years of experience, most recently having served as Country Director in Ethiopia for John Snow, Inc.’s (JSI). In his various roles, Marasi has overseen significant supply chain investments and developed multiple national supply chain strategies. He has also championed initiatives in human resource capacity building as a key conduit to resilient supply chain transformations designed to ensure a consistent availability of life saving medicines and supplies.
