Jay Young

Jay has a very well balanced experience in investment, corporate banking and entrepreneurship. He spent the first three years of his career as a registered Financial Advisor at John Hancock.  Finding his passion in Business Banking, Jay Young joined J.P. Morgan Chase RM Channel to further pursue and develop his career in advising mid-size enterprises.  Jay joined HSBC corporate banking team where he was designated NBFI (None Banking Financial Institution) Banker that handled clients in hedge funds and private equities.  

As a trusted advisor, Mr. Young personally built every single relationship by providing financial advice to business clients with a focus on client experience and risk management. He plays a critical consultant role for many of his Startup clients in both conventional and SBA financing. Jay has demonstrated his ability to manage a diversified portfolio and its revenue with focuses on profitability and relationship building. 

Jay accredits his success to consistently building a strong network of professional partners and affluent individuals in the market place. In addition to his job functions, he is very active in giving back to the community. Jay was appointed to be the Northeast liaison for Diversity Advisory Group, an initiative by JPMorgan Chase Business Banking that is unique. Jay regularly attends and speaks at events hosted by Veterans Affairs to provide guidance and platforms for new Veterans. He strives on new challenges and readily adapt to new environments. Jay can read, write, and speak Chinese (Mandarin) proficiently. During his career, Jay has developed a broad range of technical, marketing, and management skills, and a solid reputation for getting the job done.

Currently, Jay runs a successful Commercial and Private Banking Group at Signature Bank where they provide services to clients with specific focus in Real Estate, Private Equity and multi-family offices.
