Pascal Ehrsam is a seasoned marketer with 20+ years of experience launching and scaling B2B and D2C ventures in the digital space - in eCommerce, HealthTech, FinTech, HRTech, PropTech, Cybersecurity, MarTech, and SaaS.

Pascal's approach to marketing is informed by his broad experience on both the agency and startup sides. He has been a chief marketing officer, a digital marketing executive, and a brand strategist, and has worked with early to late stage startups, as well as global market-leading companies.

As "fractional CMO", Pascal is a preferred partner to CEOs and founders alike, with whom he works to drive maximum impact for their business and their brand. As a member of several technology startups’ executive teams, he leads the marketing strategy for their organization.

Prior to moving to the tech startup side, he worked on the agency side at JWT and Nurun/Publicis, where he led the digital marketing strategy for HSBC and L’Oréal in North America, winning numerous industry awards over the years.

Mr. Ehrsam received a Master in Business Administration from HEC Paris and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in 1998.
