Sean possesses twenty 23 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over $2B worth of leasing transactions representing a wide range of occupiers and investors during his tenure. Prior to founding his own advisory company, Sean served as EVP of Real Estate at WeWork, a publicly traded coworking firm, where he oversaw and led the roll-out of property acquisitions and enterprise partnerships. Sean domain expertise is rooted in corporate services, strategic consulting, operational planning and transaction advisory. He has been involved in millions of square feet of commercial real estate transactions over his career at many of the world’s largest publicly traded commercial brokerage firms including Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Newmark, and Grubb & Ellis.
Sean’s real estate knowledge and expertise are often sought and quoted by local and national publications including: The Wall Street Journal, The Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, Globe Street, & Crain’s to name a few.
Sean splits most of his time between his homes in both Miami and New York. On a personal level, Sean is also a world class athlete who’s Olympic birth occurred when he brought home a gold medal in the North American Olympic Trials qualifying him to compete in the 1996 Olympics. Sean also qualified and competed in both the 1999 World Champions and 1999 Pan American Games, where he won a bronze medal before hanging up the gloves to pursue his career in commercial real estate.
